BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

It is advised to do a complimentary pigment and numbing solution patch test at least 48 prior to your appointment. Please note at any time your skin may react to products.

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that goes towards your appointment and credit card details to confirm your appointment.

If you've had any work done by a previous artist, please send submit clear photos to get approved before booking.

Touch up rates are for current clients only. If you were previously tattooed elsewhere, you will be charged initial price.
SHOWING UP
-
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be subjected to an extra charge of $30 and your appointment will be cancelled and another deposit is required to rebook.

Must reschedule at least 48 hours prior to appointment

No shows will be required to pay 50% of the value of the appointment before being allowed to re-book any future appointments.

EYEBROWS

If you have an ideal shape and colour in mind, bring or send a few reference photos.

You may fill in your eyebrows as you normally would so I can take into consideration the shape you desire.

If you regularly get your eyebrows shaped, waxed, threaded or tinted, please do so at least 1 day before your appointment. If there are any stray hairs that fall outside of our final shape, I can remove them.

LIPS
DRY LIPS
Please exfoliate within a week prior to the appointment. Dry lips cannot be worked on effectively; it is important to stay hydrated and to moisturize your lips reguarly leading up to your appointment.
DIY lip scrub: teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of sugar sugar to create your own sugar scrub.
COLD SORES
If you are prone to cold sores or have had one in the past, please take an anti-viral prescription by your doctor such as Valtrex. Take 1 dose of Valtrex on the day of your appointment and for 3 days following the appointment.
If you have never experienced a cold sore before, take Lysine to boost your immune system and promote faster healing. This an over the counter that you will need to take 1 week prior to your appointment.
BRUISING/SWELLING
To minimize bruising and/or swelling, you may take two sublingual Arnica tablets or Arnica gel/cream three times a day for 5 days. You can start the day before and continue for 5 days following the treatment.
All supplements and medications are only suggested. Please consult with your doctor to make sure the supplement(s) and medication(s) are right for you.
OTHER TIPS:
Feel free to bring in your favourite lip product or lip inspiration for colour matching.
